I'm on the Fly Baby forum and one of the members posted an Air Force manual to his site. He got it from some guy in Austrailia. It's ANC-18 Bulletin. Everything you could ever want to know about design of wood for aircraft structures.

We ask questions about the wood inthe wings quite often here. Might be a good thing to have in the Handy Resources.

It's about 200 pages. Eight pages devoted to the table of contents. I've got my copy already. : )

ANC-18.pdf  note: 11mb download. (right click the file and Save As)

Hey, thanks for doing this!  I've been watching E-Bay for 1.5 years, ever since I took my wood structures class, to catch someone selling an ANC-18, but to no avail; the only seller is reprinting it from a PDF file, and they are asking $30 as a starting price.  I was able to get ANC-19, Wood Aircraft Inspection and Fabrication, for $10 about a month ago - an original in great shape, no less.  While I am waiting for an original ANC-18 to drop out of the sky on me, having it in PDF will be very useful.
