    I believe most chucking reamers are designed to open up a hole that is 1/64 smaller in
    diameter. You can measure the diameter of the chamfer on the end of the reamer to verify.Edited

    Lycoming -320 engines come in two propeller flange configurations:3/8 diameter bolts with 5/8
    diameter drive lugs7/16 diameter bolts with 5/8 diameter drive lugsBoth have the same bolt
    circle diameter...
