    Pictures? It is likely 2 halves that have simply not yet been spliced together. There was never

    The burr is one side only. To help eliminate the burr, I used a scrap piece of .032 sheet steel
    on the back of the firewall to cut thru both materials - a bit like drilling thru wood with a
    scrap pad ...
