Dennis, epoxy is superior to poly. And if you plan to put cf in the part you need to use either
epoxy or vinylester. Poly is not compatible with cf. we use jeffco epoxy available from spruce.

The math has never worked very well for me as far as using an L washer. On an AN3 bolt with 32
threads/inch an L washer gives you 1/2 turn differential. Not very helpful. An AN4 bolt with 28

If you can't get the hole to line up with a castle nut just add a "L" thin washer..... I've
never had one that I couldn't line up.
