Here's a pic, when the stick is pulled aft it pushes the two "connecting rods" for lack of a
better term fwd which pulls both the left and right aileron torque tubes inboard thus drooping

Yes the Ultimates ailerons droop with aft stick and also go up with fwd stick. The 10-200 I
flew for awhile had the system hooked up and honestly I couldn't tell much difference between
it and an S1S....

Yep loctite 609 I believe. Works fantastic, and I also have received Cessna engineering
approval to use in this type of application.
