I keep a little rudder in so I can look down the side, keeps the runway in sight. I start my flair when I'm just off the runway taking the rudder out about the same time. I'm usually on the runway very shortly after, never floating. Usually at 85mph. The rest is just keeping the same amount of concrete on both sides of the runway.

Budd Davidson espouses looking to one side on flair. I am trying but can't get it done, I just soft focus straight ahead and let my peripheral vision and my butt give me clues.
