Default Profile Pic

Good Day All,

After trying many times to upload a profile pic, nothing seems to work. Choose file.. Save Changes.. nothing. I have attached the 150x150 photo to this post as a test. Does the forum have problems with certain browsers or operating systems? (Apple)

Thanks,
Charlie

I uploaded my photo from a Mac using Firefox, no issues. You might try sizing it a bit smaller, in case the limit is size < 150 or something like that.

Update: I see that my photo is 120x120.

Yeah, you have to scale it way way down. Open in Preview, then go Tools -> Adjust Size

There are two photos you can upload, a profile photo and an avatar. Sounds like you're trying to upload an avatar which is the photo that appears next to your forum posts. Find the avatar button and I think you'll get the result you're looking for.

Beautiful Skybolt, I remember seeing it for sale a while back. I'm a huge JD fan and I would have loved to own it. I'm glade to see it's back flying where it belongs!

Yeah...seriously. What's the story on this one?

EDIT: Nevermind...Google answered it. Neat airplane.

Thanks Guys,

Yes it was JD's from '79-'84 and passed through several hands since. I bought it in Naples FL in Aug '15 and flew in back to CO. The original builder's website is below with a bit of the story and if you click the bottom photo it will link you to a video I put together from last year's 4th of July parade flyover:

http://www.sportaviationspecialties.com/Skybolt.htm

Tim- Yes, I have been based out of KTEX but down Montrose for next few months.
