No, but I am close. If you're a serious prospect, I could go check it out and arrange for a pre-buy with a good tube and fabric man.
Best regards,
Brad

I went to see it last Sunday. Pretty plane but the tapes are starting to separate in several places. The dope is thin on wings you can see the fabric threads through it. The wood prop is starting to delaminate on one end. The construction looks very professional wiring and controls installation very clean and neat. Sheet metal work excellent fit and finish.

Steve,

How bad were the tapes and the dope on that Starduster in Luling, TX?

Is the prop so bad it should be replaced and not flown?

Can you recommend a pre buy tube/fabric guy down that way who would really do a thorough job and not charge all outdoors?

Thank you!!

Roy
