I have some inspection cover rings that have delaminated and need to be re-stuck. Covering is Stitts Polyfiber with Aerothane top coat.

Looking for thoughts on best way to fix these. Polytac?, epoxy? Assuming they were originally stuck on with polytac can I just rejuvenate with some solvent and clamp? My first thought was a syringe and polytac and a bunch of binder clips but maybe there is a better way.
