Knight Twister at the 2012 National Biplane Fly In

The tiny Knight Twister, though looking like a hot, modern racing biplane (as it was designed), is a design actually dating back to the 1930s! Compact, short coupled, and wildly challenging to land by some accounts, this biplane brought spectacular performance and acrobatic talent to the world of homebuilt airplanes in the 1930s, and was a major influence in the development of today\'s acrobatic homebuilt sport biplanes.
