• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Proposed IAC intermediate 2022. Thoughts; fun sequence to fly! Definitely a step up in my opinion from the past few years. There are some Good G inducing figures where you are hanging for awhile then get into it! The numerous looping segments are going to make judging this thing interesting! My opinion on who wins these flights will be not who flies it best, it’ll be who sucks the least! Gonna be tough to keep a bunch of them round. The 1/2 avalanche or whatever you call it is gonna be a challenge at least for me to time right to be able to fly away from the darn thing! Anyways this was my third time flying the sequence, we’ve been having some great weather here in northeast PA and my camera actually behaved today so here ya go for all your viewing pleasure on this Friday evening!

Edit: yes, I know I delayed the 2of 2 in figure 1. Brain sieved up on the first figure 🤣
