I ran across this add and called Marshall.. He's retiring from working on Pitts and concentrating on his Auto building. Damn shame as the guy has been building for some 35 years (maybe more). Anyway. He still has several DentAir Sights for the S2s and a couple for an S1. He said he'd take $150 for each.. He's going to send me some pics and prices of other "stuff" I will be adding them here if anyone is interested.

Rolled my own, cost me $37 and a day.....:D

This is a steel stinger which was too heavy. I made the same out of carbon fiber,,,bingo!

That said $150 is a great deal and I would NOT have rolled my own if I could purchase for a buck and a half.

I made my own carbon fiber, lasted about 10 flights.. I finally gave up, ended up spending more than twice what Marshall is selling his for..

I hate to see someone so talented stop doing what he's so good at, that is building and fabricating...

It's not my place to tell his "why" but it is sad.
All I will say is.. Be careful out there! There have been too damn many a good airplane and competent pilot lost.

The Prop isn't a Prop it's a Spinner for a two bladed Prop.

Call Marshall directly! No need to PM me unless you can't reach him

"Prop Spinner for 2 Blade Hartzell $300 (several)"

Crated and ready to ship. Off a Christen Eagle (so for 200 Hp) $2500 plus what ever direct shipping costs. He'll get me some pics this weekend.

May be interested in a couple harnesses, depending on what you find.
