Just remembering some moments in the airplane over the last few years.
I know it's tough, but there are a lot of fish in the sea...
Eric, you fly (flew) that Pitts like an well worn pair of shoes. When stick and rudder and mind become one and work together in harmony to make the airplane go where you want without thought........Very few people get to that point in aviation where they graduate from pilot to aviator. You are an aviator, and I salute you.
Keep flying, and fly safe.
I miss my Pitts more than any aggravating girlfriend I ever had.
Thanks for posting. Great video.
Kind and generous words Dave- thanks.
If we keep this up, his head will be so big, he won’t get thru a door.
I’ve been fortunate to have witnessed his flying in person. The videos don’t do justice to seeing the airplane perform at his whim.
I had to do a forced step away from acro, and have made my way back. He will as well. Once it’s in your system, it’s almost like a drug. It never goes away.
Go charge up the batteries, keep a toe in the water. We need you with us in this sport.
I sure wish you wouldn't post those videos as they really bring back great memories !!
OK I've been distracted by other stuff. What gives? You wouldn't sell unless something else is on the back burner. Somebody point me to the thread with the whole story please. Because unless you've been gifted a WolfPro 360 by Smizo, I am a little sad. After all, it's not everyday that you get to see a stock Pitts fly a modern Unlimited sequence clean.
Such a clean and accurate complex flying style in a wonderful little biplane with limited power looking like he is flying effortlessly... that's all I like.
You pushed the limits way up! Thank you mister the Aviator.
