I have pre-sewn envelopes for my Skybolt wings.
They were bought from ACS, and were included with the project when I bought it. (They were still in the original shipping bag with ACS packing slip, so I am sure that is where they came from.)

The problem is that they are too small.

The PolyFiber book shows that the trailing edge should have enough fabric to overlap, like this:
