Hello everyone.
I am a new member and this is my first post, a question of the laminated ply aileron leading edges.
Picked them up from Steen Aerolab at Sun and Fun. I don't know if you are familier with these but if you are, the question is; how do you get these to fit the profile of the leading edge of the aileron?
There is much more relaxed curve to the laminate than there is to the profile of the aileron.
I also have the laminated leading edges to the wings. These fit very closely to the profile. So there shouldn't be too much difficulty. It will be some time before I tackle the wings leading edge.
Other side question:
When these laminates are all glued on, how do you manage with the step down from the laminate to the ribs?

PS.
Also picked up the Bruntens wires and the new style glass fiber nose bowl.
Thanks in advance for any tips that are offered.
Cheers. Eric. Atlanta.
