Hi

I was getting towards completion of my first aileron to fit my second lower wing and I came across these pieces of timber. I am using a Steen Aero Lab Wing Kit for the Delta variant. They are listed on the cut list as Bonding Strips and there are 5, three lower and two for the upper.

If you see the second picture, there is supplied, a 1/8 sheet of ply to sit on the top of the spar and the rear of the rib tips then also supplied is the preformed cove.

My question is, where do the bonding strips sit? Position A or Position B?? If Position A, would a simple glued joint be sufficient or would it need to strengthening. My hunch is position B

Thoughts?
