• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Well howdy folks!

As is now very traditional (is it traditional if we do this 3 years in a row at the same spot? ;)), let's have our Oshkosh get-together on Thursday of the week of the show, at 5PM.

I am as always plan
Well howdy folks!

As per now the tradition, let's have our get together with sausage and drinks!

Biplane Forum at Airventure Gettogether, 2023, Thursday, July 27th, at 5pm

Where: Camp Scholler, 32nd and Lindbergh, at Waco, TX Chapter 59 Campsite
BYOB etc and share, and I'll grill some sausages or burgers or some such. Please RSVP if you haven't already.
I'll ask for $5/person to cover my food expen$es.
Please keep RSVPs coming so that I can estimate the amount of food.

This year, Waco guys got the campsite a bit further away from the show compared to previous years. They are at the corner of 32nd and Lindbergh.

The map is below, and here's the video with directions and landmarks:

Additionally, my campsite is in the woods and marked out on the map. See picture of it below (red trailer, biplane, Texas flag, and white canopy are distinct characteristics). Please feel free to stop by! We're usually there in the evenings and like company.

Here's the picture of the site.
