Since there is an 8 yr waiting list for a hangar and restrictions on building and maintaining your airplane in the elusive hangar, what are some alternatives that have worked?
Mine is in the so-called 2-car garage (with room for momma's mini van which is a must) but it's far from ideal. I thought about renting space in a small warehouse, but the old lady I saw about one said, "Wood? Ya got any wood? Can't have no wood. No wood working. City won't allow it. And no paintin' neither." So, what else have the urban builder's tried?
