old thread new question......
so im starting the aileron hinges and im looking at the bearings/hinges, and the rep3h5 is a hollow shank bearing? i would think that the aileron hinge application requires a solid shank plus that one has a shoulder on the end. do you machine off the shoulder and stick it in the tube then rivit through it, even with a hollow shank? thanks in advance for clearing this up.....
