Not sure which heading to use so I will try this one.
I have a new bearing regreaser from Aircraft Spruce. Looks pretty simple but I cannot make it work. There are only 2 ways to install the retainer nut but either way allows grease to escape between the bearing and the unit without entering the bearing. According to AS's add there is an instruction video. I could not find it, they said it was not their video that it was on the EAA site but it looked like it was no longer available.
Can't tighten the retaining nut much tighter without deformation. Do I need to remove a retaining ring from the bearing ? Need a clue . . . as I obviously don't have one . .
Thank you
