I was working on the leadiing edges to the horizontal stabilizers this weekend when I saw Jerry's post. Below it the part tacked up in the jig. The small solid rod in the aft tube is inserted to be sure the hole is dead plumb (square to the ribs) before tacking. This bend was not as hard to do as I was afraid it would be. I overbenttheend that will later be part of the elevator knowing it would probably end up correct after flattening. That went reasonably well. Now I am fighting with the leading edge for the other side to get them to come out the same. It's getting there but a bit difficult.
