• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I'm hoping someone can help me find more footage of Betty Skelton flying the Little Stinker.
I did find one on U-tube from 1949.
Ironically this footage was taken only a few towns away my town, unfortunately the airport has been closed for decades. I would really like to see her and the stinker in action with a little better clarity. If anyone knows of any other footage of the little stinker I would love to see it.

If you have 15 minutes to kill and haven't already seen it grab your favorite drink and have a look.

Stinker is at about 5:24 and flying at around minute 7:00 into the clip
Since I'm putting together an S1c, I have entertained the idea of doing the same color scheme ........as long as it hasn't been done to many times before.

I apologize if this video has already been posted.
