Does anyone know of biplanes for rent with competent instructors in the greater Seattle area (within a couple hours' flight)? My BFR is due soon, and as long as I'm blowing cash on instruction, I might as well do something new. I contacted Olde Thyme Aviation's Stearman instructor, and he's not willing to do it "due to the legal implications" of performing a BFR. I know of Will Allen and his Pitts, but I think I'd like to ease into things rather than jumping right on the most difficult option out of the gate. Gotta work my way up from the Champ. 
I'd appreciate any thoughts on local options. It may not be a practical idea, but I figured I'd check it out before looking for something else.
