Build space

So I've made up my mind to build. I'm looking to buy a house at the first of the year so I'll have build space. My question is how much do I need? I've been trying to find a 3 car garage but with my budget and location its been hard. From what I can gather a 2 car should be enough. My plan is to build a Raven 2XS. The wing span and length is 19ft so it seems like a standard 20x20 garage should work, just maybe a little cramped. Thoughts?
