Hi All:
I'm building S1C wings from Steen Aero Lab Plans. I don't see how you can locate the Butt Ribto the dimensions on the plans and still have the tab for the drag wire accessible. If I place the Rib so the trailing edge is at the 1 15/16" dimension, per the plan, then the front Spar dimension can only be 1 3/4" from the end of the Spar to the Ribvs. 2 1/4" per the plan. If I move the front Spar dimension in to 2 1/4" from the end of the Spar, then to get the 1 15/16" at the trailing edge completely covers over the drag wire tab. Has anyone else had trouble with the close proximity of the drag wire clevis pin hole to the Rib. If I locate the Rib to get the 1 15/16" dimension at the trailing edge I would have to assemble the drag wire clevis to the drag wire tab and assemble that to the Rear Spar before gluing the Butt Rib in place. This is because thesteel mounting straps on each side of the Spar have to be assembled to the Spar before gluing the Butt Rib in place because the Rib covers one of the bolts that hold the mounting straps in place. In this position you don't have enough room between theside of the Butt Rib and the drag wire tab holeto get the clevis pin in. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Matt
