I removed my Christen 844 wobble pump and converted to electric. The 844 is now on eBay with a starting price of $350. It was recently overhauled by Gary Conterno. Guaranteed to work perfectly.

What system did you go with? Thinking of changing myself.

I went with the Andair pump, valve, gascolator and filter. I’m happy with the setup, but there are many good options. I really like Airflow Performance, primarily because you just can’t beat the level of support and knowledge that Don Rivera (owner) brings to the table. Take a look at his products first. My Andair is a nice setup, but don’t expect to get any help or support from them if you go that route.

Hmmm! I have two 844's that I'm not going to use. They both should be overhauled before use. I thought about having them overhauled and then selling them but I'm not sure it's worth it. Can you tell me who Gary Conterno is and how I would get in touch with him? Thanks!

He's the guy who built the pumps for Aviat and Frank Christensen.

We've also got one to sell, same reason, working when removed, gascolator and valve.
