CIVA Known Proposals for 2014

Saw this come across on the EAA forums. Interesting introduction of a vertical up snap in Advanced Proposal E. Not sure I like it as an Advanced figure. I'd rather see the introduction of a well-placed outside snap in Advanced. Official comments and voting can be made on the EAA forums. Though not sure if the "official" commentary thread must be started by an IAC board member or officer.
