    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Just saw the estate of Don DeWitt (IAC 115) has listed his Pitts, N64SE. Don passed away last December and competed for many years in a Clip Wing Cub, starting with the first IAC sanctioned event in May of 1970. He was an Army vet but appears to have leaned Navy in his airplane color choices! He rebuilt his parent's Cub into a Clip Wing, then went on to build the Pitts.

His Pitts looks like a nice airplane, but 80k seems optimistic.
