DZUS fastening question

I've been looking at the hardware for 1/4 turn fasteners.

I'd like to use just the stud with a nylon washer under the head instead of the "self ejecting fastener".

I'm looking at the parts in Aircraft Spruce and I'm not seeing where I can buy the retainers for the stud to keep it from falling out. Anyone know of a company that sells the entire system... or maybe I'm just not seeing it on the ACS site.
