I notice that Eagle's have spacers glued onto the lower vertical stabilzer rib so fabric doesnt have to be drawn as tight. At least all of them did up at Oshkosh. I need to add the same sort of spacer and I was wondering....

Does anyone have the drawings/profiles/material for those pieces and how they are attached?
