Pitts N46GP had its first flight Sunday morning, July 25, 2021 following a 23 year restoration. Previously registered as N46CC it is a Homestead factory Pitts Special S1S s/n 1-0012. I obtained this aircraft in 1995 and flew it until Sept 1998 when I started a restoration that lasted until this morning! It flew beautifully. Looking forward to many more hours in the air!
