In my humble opinion, in flight, my Acroduster has wonderful Ailerons. The ailerons on the Duster are extremely alive and very authoritative at low speeds. Much, much more than any aircraft I have ever flown. The negative to this low speed delight, is that at high speeds, they have a very locked-in feel and require a good deal of break-out sick force. This is noticeable at speeds above 160 mph.

Apparently, the Pitts S2b is a similar design, but from everything I can tell, the duster has a lower hinge point which really gives the up extended aileron a deeper extension into the bottom of the wing.

At any rate, my question: is there anything to be gained by gap sealing these ailerons??
