It just has the ram ball mount for the back. You can mount it flat on the panel and it looks way better than the airgizmos mount. I drilled 2 slotted holes in the panel on my 172 and put 2 screws in the back of the 696 where the mount bolts to. I just set it in the holes and let it slide down 1/2 inch in the slots.
