Beautiful silver ceramic coated 4 into 1 exhaust from a Skybolt. Less than 250 hrs. Has EGT thermocouple in each stack. Also has smoke fittings. Looks brand new.

$950 plus shipping

Hello Chuck, What's the history on this engine and exhaust system? Who built it? Will you please post some more pictures that show details of the system and welding? Thanks.

The engine has been sold. But it was an IO360-A1A angle valve. Logs don’t show who built the exhaust but I’ll ask the builder.

N44AD has a 180 Lycoming and a 4 into 1 exhaust system. The pipes are too close and burning the paint off of the lower cowling. I would like to replace it, to get more clearance from the lower cowling.
Does anyone recommend a good stainless systm that I can purchase?

Send your exhaust to http://www.customaircraft.com/
They can replicate your system and incorporate any changes you need such as more clearance from the cowling.

I had them re-manufacture an exhaust system for my late model S2A and they did a fantastic job with reasonably quick turn time. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

I believe the owners name is Clayton; very friendly and helpful guy.
