Hi all:
Does anyone have 1/4" thick fuselage stringers in there plane? I'm building a S1C Pitts using Steen Aero Lab plans. The plans call for 5/16" thick stringers. I purchased the Spruce kit for this plane from Aircraft Spruce some years ago. It is supposed to have all the wood required to make this plane. In it are two 1/4" thickx 6"wide x 10' long Spruceboards of whichI do notknow what they are for except possibly stringer material. Could it be that the stringers were 1/4" thick at one time and have been changed to 5/16" thick at some point.

Thanks
Matt
