In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Been meaning to ask this . I have the attachment brackets/plates installed in my Acroduster but am wondering if there should be one for the pilot located behind the seatback on the top of the fuse? Has anyone addressed this issue ? There are two brackets located on the bottom of the seat where the seat back and base meat(lap belt), then there is one located on the center bottom of the seat back( assuming for shoulder straps to come up and over the seat). I am thinking there should be a bracket located on the top of the fuse in the turtle deck area so that there would be a direct pulling force in case of emergency. Any thoughts, comments would be appreciated. How has everyone attached the harness'
