Greetings,

I'm going to go look at a nice looking Kelly D in a couple of days, and was hoping for some information regarding a spar upgrade that was recommended for new construction Kelly D and possibly Hatz models... There may have been a plans amendment?

Does anyone know what to look for to see if it has been done? Is it a concern if it hasn't?
