Has anyone rigged a Hatz CB-1?
Plans call for “0” incidence all wings and 2 degrees dihedral.
I measured incidence using a bubble level from the bottom of the front spar to the aileron cuff at the fuselage and cabanas and then at the interplane struts. Fuselage and cabanas are perfect. However the interplanes need some attention.
Left bottom “0”
Left Top -1/4”
Right bottom +1/4”
Right top -1/4”
So, does Everything go to zero and the plane flys straight?
But It flies straight now, if I add considerable right rudder.....so do I make the changes on three wings? Or are the measurements not excessive enough to worry about?
BTW....First loops, rolls, split S’s and half Cubans today!!! YESSSSSS!!! What a pleasure to fly this airplane!
