Hi,
I'm a volunteer in our county museum's photo collection and I haven't had much luck identifying this plane.
It was the first plane to land in McMinnville Oregon in September 1914. The pilot was William Crawford of Albany Oregon.
It looks like it might be a Curtiss, but it doesn't have tricycle gear or canards typical of Curtiss planes of that era.
Anyone recognize it?
Thanks,
Tom
