I have recently purchased a Pitts S-1T and will be packing it up in my 20' car trailer and bringing it home. Sorry, no time/space to build. My question to the group is: What is the best way to transport the airplane without breaking anything? My main concern is protecting the wings from any damage. Since the space is tight, the wings will have to be transported vertically. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
