700 hour engine with 20 hour hartzell propeller, two King KX155 radios and two glideslope indicators, DME, Xponder, encoder with wiring harness and antennas complete. Also, a group of flight and engine instruments. All this is attached to a M20F Mooney 5000 hours TT. You might call this a package deal that you can fly home. In fact the engine provides it's own shipping. How cool is that? So I know your asking, How much for the home builders package deal? $26000 and a little avgas will put this engine and prop in your hangar. Now how sweet is that?

Also the manifold/fuel pressure, Tach, VSI, Alt, Oil press/temp gauges can be harvested. And sell off the airframe (as long as it has good logs) to recoup some of the cost.

Just curious, do you get airframe and engine logs along with the package?

If I hadn't just bought a Bellanca Super Viking as a traveling plane, I'd be at your door with a check in my hand!!

I know a few people in the market for something like this. I'll spread the word.

In all seriousness, this is a plane that I am brokering. I waived my commission on this forum only. It is listed elsewhere but for a higher price. BS aside it is a lot of plane for the money and in pretty darn good shape.

FYI, Engine and prop sold, so the deal is revoked. Sorry it didn't get put on the front of a Biplane.

That was a pretty darn good deal for an F model. Wow. Manual or 'lectric gear? We old Mooney fans preferred the manual.

I didn't even see that. It's got way better radios than my C model did. Same year, same basic setup though. I would have liked to own that.

I thought the gear system was awesome, other manufacturers could learn a lot from it. It will be heading to CA to live. It really was a plane, not a luck of corrosion, and the compressions were all upper 70s

I too drooled over it Buck, just wrong timing or I think we, our club, would have been all over it.

If I had sold my Citabria, I would of been interested in this... Need a plane with legs.
