I have been looking for an S2B fire a couple of years now and I have seen this airplane several times. Does anyone know anything about this airplane other than it is way overpriced?

Also this S2B just showed up a couple days ago. 1984 S2B 320 TT airframe and engine. Completely factory aircraft. I called and talked to the guy about the airplane really nice guy. They want 120K for a 38 year old airplane with the original motor on it. I mentioned that I like the shape the covering is in but 120K In my opinion is WAY WAY more than that airplane of worth considering the age of the engine and lack of flying.
