Hello gang,
Don't hear much about the 8/10 scale Jungster I Biplane.
I know it is small only 18" wide cockpit. Even the designer designed and
built a 9/10 version.
Who has built one or bought one? I understand that some builder have
made the cockpit wider to fit normal size pilot.
I don't know if they just left the top center section the same length
and shorten the struts to fit the wider fuselage. That appears to be the best
Way since if you made the center section wider and kept the struts the same
you would have to lengthen the bottom center section spars longer and
That would creat a mess. Do you just make the bottom spars longer and hope it works. Or do you redisign them to make them stronger and have to change
Othernthings in the fuselage? My guess is to keep the top and bottom center section the same length and make the struts shorter to fit the wider fuselage.
I would interested to hear your opinion on this.
I really want to hear for builders and flyers of the Jungster I Biplane.
