Hi All,
I am planning to cover the gears with carbon. I have filled them with foam (a bit larger and shaped). Maybe I could add as well some foam on the leading and trailing edges to improve aerodynamics. I guess it can be sufficiently resistent if it's covered by carbon.
I am also wondering how many layers are needed. Some use 2 layers of fabric. Would one layer of 5.8oz carbon be sufficient ?
Thank you for your thoughts.
