• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

The Charger C-FRGX is now for sale...asking price is $36,500 Canadian dollars which today is $28563 United States dollars. Photos etc. are on the Charger group website. Comes with spare 125 HP Continental six cylinder engine, spare crankshaft, many other spare parts, logbooks since new, metal prop (near mint McCaulay metal prop plus a good Aeromatic which was on the aircraft when I obtained it) TT airframe is about 540 hours...the engine (a really good one) is 325 SMOH, covering is Polyfiber, airframe is corrosion free, hangared since new. Cruise speed is just under 100 MPH with a climb prop (metal) and stall power off is about 48 MPH. Climb at full gross weight is about 600 FPM and with one person it will go up at about 1000 FPM. 125 HP is easy on gas. Quite a few other spares. Complete set of drawings. Has Slick mags. Maule tailwheel. Welding by Ed. Marquart. Aircraft is about a two-hour drive directly north of Toronto, Ontario. The airport location is CYQA known also as Muskoka Airport on the outskirts of Bracebridge, Ontario....right on Highway #11. Aircraft was last flown in the fall of 2015 and then went into storage as I was away for the entire winter. Several videos are to be found at "charleygarth" on youtube.com. A nice, clean and useable aircraft. Email:
