I finally sat down and figured out all the stuff to make a basic Marquart Charger website. May I present to you:
http://marquartcharger.org/
It's pretty simple, but it has all the stuff I figured I'd need to launch: plans, specs, articles sorted so they're easier to find, and a few links to external sites (like the Biplane Forum). Most importantly to me, the plans and articles are available without having to join either Yahoo or Facebook, and without having to look up my personal website.
I've been keeping an electronic build log, which I hope to eventually host on this site, but that's still a ways off.
Enjoy!
