• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

howdy! bout time to get back in the swing of things after last years mess! so we are turning this years biplane fly-in into an acro weekend for national aerobatics day! got together with Eric Anderson to make this an actual IAC Sanctioned Event! friday the event starts at noon and runs until sunday around 4 or so. we have very limited hangar space available so plan accordingly. should have a few judges here to critique, but im not pushing contest practice. come fly, flop around, blow smoke, whatever. have fun! for those that do want to practice, i will have IAC 58's box markers here to mark the front of the box. the rest is not possible. got some cool wolf projects going on so there will be the usual shop tours haha! looking like saturday evening hangar party. anyways it should be a great time! -smizo
