Need a custom Pitts engine mount built

Any recommendations on who can build me an engine mount for a very custom single seat race Pitts? My welding skills are not up to snuff and my usual guy is retired and traveling for a while.

What I'm looking for is to send someone my current engine mount (already longer than a stock Pitts) and have them build me one four inches longer. The CG on this airplane is way aft, especially with the seat being slightly more reclined and me being, ahem, a "bit" heavier in the 15 years since we first campaigned this airplane. With 2" of spacers under the engine mount the CG is close to where I need it, but there's also a bunch of extra weight hanging on the engine & prop that I need to get rid of.

In case you're wondering what kind of Pitts needs such an oddly long engine mount, it is this:
