I was flying last Friday when I experienced severe vibration and a burning smell. After landing, I discovered the Spinner bulkhead has cracked, resulting in the spinner oscillating and cut into fiberglass cowling. Spinner was cromed and the cover vibrated off and damaged prop.......you don’t want a cromed spinner!
Anyone know where I can get a replacement spinner and bulkhead?? Aviat wants $3800...a little steep!!
