Hi sorry if this has been treated before but I´m wondering how to do...

When preparing the butt ribs for the center section I have come across one question.
The front metal spar fitting is very "big" because it holds also the cabane roll wires, actually it protudes under the butt rib.

For the previous builders:
Fro me It looks neccesary to cut the cap strip of the butt rib for the fitting to protude.
Is it correct or it can be done differently?
I guess the same question is valid for the upper wings this time for the rear spar metal fittings...

Thanks everybody in advance, José.
